I joined Slack in December 2017 for the exciting opportunity to build and lead the Sales Enablement function from the ground up. Prior to Slack, I spent an incredible 6 years at LinkedIn building an all-star team and running Sales Readiness for their Ad Sales business. And while these roles have really allowed me to grow and refine my craft, my true passion for helping people and the Enablement function started at Salesforce.com.

Investing in meaningful relationships and holding a great appreciation for the human nature of work is what drives me the most. My passion and commitment to helping a company grow while also allowing it's individuals to thrive is the core to my success. At Slack, I genuinely feel I'm a part of something very special. I take my responsibility to create the right foundation of continuous learning and enabling the Sales and Customer Success teams to grow to their full potential very seriously.

When I'm not thinking about Slack, you'll usually finding me recharging on my yoga mat or enjoying fresh air on a hike.
